Special Project fund to create, promote recognition, and acknowledge contributions made by men and women from the San Angelo, Texas area who served the United States of America Armed Forces (ie., Veterans) of World War II, through the creation of a memorial and statuary in their honor along the banks of the Concho River in downtown San Angelo.
