This scholarship fund was created in memory Jo Grace, a beloved long time employee of TWQA. To be eligible for this scholarship, graduate must plan to be enrolled as a full time (12 hour per sememster) student at any accredited College, University, or trade school.
Applicant must also be a child of or legal dependent of a member in good standing of the Texas Water Quality Association or an employee of TWQA.
