IMPACTED RESIDENTS INFORMATION - INTAKE - RESOURCES

The Foundation works with local Community Organizations Active in Disasters (COAD) group of several organizations to assist in determining need and the provide the best way for financial support.

Those impacted with damage from a disaster need to complete the Texas Department of Emergency Management (TDEM) iSTAT damage survey (if this has already been done, no need to resubmit):  https://damage.tdem.texas.gov

This TDEM iStat survey is utilized to quickly identify damage with all COAD members and coordinates the response in a disaster. Individuals impacted, survivors and volunteers can assist in completing this information for others through the iSTAT survey.
