Website Privacy Statement

The staff of the San Angelo Area Foundation understand the importance of protecting your privacy, and we are serious about that responsibility, especially where our website is concerned.

We do not collect any information via our website without your knowledge that can be used to identify you individually. We also do not use cookies to track visitors to and through our website.

Our webhost provides a standard access log that records visits to our site, but this log does not - and can not - capture information that could be used to identify you individually. It can not, for example, capture your email address, your name, your location or any personal information such as social security, drivers license or credit card numbers. We use the information contained in this log in summarized form to know how many visitors to our website we have during a given period of time, and to assess what pages in our website are visited most often. This is a tool for helping us provide the information you are most interested in.

There are various online forms on our website designed to help you communicate with us. You do not have to fill out any of these forms in order to use our website or our services. Some of these forms allow you to provide your name, address, email address and/or phone number. It is entirely up to you to decide whether to provide such information or not. If you choose to provide us with such information via an online form, we promise never to share or sell such information - including the nature of any information you might request from us - with any third party, unless we are obligated to do so by law, statute, regulation or court order.

If you have any questions about the Foundation's policies regarding confidential information and our website, please feel free to direct them to Matt Lewis, President, using the contact information shown below.
