The foundation makes grants to qualified nonprofit organizations serving San Angelo and the surrounding Concho Valley region. A broad range of philanthropic purposes are supported in the areas of education, arts and culture, health, social services, and community development. Since 2003, the Foundation has made grants, scholarships and other distributions totaling more than $5 million.

Investment performance
Endowed funds are invested to provide a total return of 5% annually over a three year average plus allowing for additional growth in order to keep pace with inflation. Below is the foundations investment portfolio performance. As you can see, the portfolio currently exceeds the expected return since inception. All performance is annualized (past performance should not be viewed as a representation of future results).
